Fix some styling issues I found in Markdown
Remove need for a <hr> under the header, since I do that everywhere anyway I may as well just style it that way
Yeet projects, as they're identical to posts in every way but name
Add OpenGraph for SEO
Add Plugin prop to Layout to avoid loading unnecessary JS and CSS
